Welcome to the official admission portal of SANT GURU GHASIDAS ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE PACHPEDI. By applying for admission and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Conditions:
a. Admission to any program at SANT GURU GHASIDAS ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE PACHPEDI is subject to fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria for the respective course and successfully completing the admission process.
b. The College reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms and conditions, admission criteria, fee structure, or program offerings at any time without prior notice. Applicants are advised to regularly check the website for updates.
c. All information provided by the applicant must be true, accurate, and complete. Any misrepresentation, suppression of facts, or submission of false documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission, and any fees paid will be forfeited.
d. The final decision regarding admission rests solely with the College administration. The College is not obligated to provide reasons for the rejection of any application.
e. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [BILASPUR, CHHATTISGARH, India].
2. Eligibility and Application Process:
a. Applicants must meet the minimum academic qualifications as specified for each program. This includes marks obtained in qualifying examinations (e.g., 10+2, Graduation), entrance examination scores (e.g., CUET, JEE, NEET, or college-specific tests), and any other criteria.
b. Candidates whose qualifying examination results are pending at the time of application must submit their results to the Admissions Department within 7 days of their declaration, as per the deadlines communicated by the College/University. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of provisional admission.
c. The application fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the rejection of the application, withdrawal of the application by the candidate, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.
d. Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided in the online application form. No changes will be permitted after submission, except as explicitly allowed by the College.
e. The College is not responsible for any technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or incorrect information entered by the applicant during the online application or payment process.
3. Documents Required:
a. All shortlisted candidates must submit original documents for verification as per the dates and times communicated by the College. A list of required documents will be provided on the admission portal and/or in the offer letter.
b. Failure to produce all original documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the cancellation of admission.
c. The College reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted documents. Any forged or tampered documents will lead to immediate cancellation of admission and may result in legal action.
4. Fee Payment and Refund Policy:
a. Admission will be considered confirmed only upon successful payment of the full prescribed fees (or the first installment, as applicable) by the due date.
b. Fees are generally non-refundable once paid, except in specific cases as outlined below:
i. Cancellation by College: If the College cancels a program or withdraws an admission offer, a full refund of the tuition fee (excluding administrative charges, if any) will be processed.
ii. Duplicate Payments: In case of a duplicate successful payment for the same application/admission, the extra amount will be refunded within [X] working days to the original payment source.
iii. Withdrawal by Student (before commencement of academic session): If a student withdraws their admission before the official commencement of the academic session, a refund may be processed as per the refund policy stipulated by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or other regulatory bodies. An administrative/processing fee of [INR 1000] or [10% of fees] may be deducted.
iv. Withdrawal by Student (after commencement of academic session): No refund of fees will be granted if a student withdraws their admission after the commencement of the academic session, unless explicitly stated otherwise by a specific University/UGC policy.
c. All refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method and may take 10 working days to reflect in the account.
d. Fees are subject to revision as per College/University policies and government regulations.
5. Rules and Regulations:
a. All admitted students are required to abide by the rules, regulations, code of conduct, and disciplinary policies of [College Name] as updated from time to time.
b. Students are responsible for regularly checking college notices, announcements, and their official college email for important updates.
c. The College reserves the right to suspend or rusticate any student found to be in violation of college rules or engaging in misconduct.
d. Students are responsible for their personal belongings. The College will not be liable for any loss or damage.
6. Provisional Admission:
a. Admissions may be provisional until all original documents are verified, eligibility criteria are fully met, and final approval from the affiliating University (if applicable) is received.
b. If, at any stage, it is found that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria or has provided false information, the provisional admission will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
7. Data Privacy:
a. The College will collect and process personal data provided by applicants for admission, academic, and administrative purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
b. By submitting an application, you consent to the College collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for legitimate purposes related to your admission and studies.
8. Intellectual Property:
a. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SANT GURU GHASIDAS ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE PACHPEDI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any content from this website without prior written permission from SANT GURU GHASIDAS ARTS & SCIENCE COLLEGE PACHPEDI.
9. Grievance Redressal:
a. For any grievances related to the admission process, applicants may contact the Admissions Department.
b. All grievances will be addressed as per the College's established grievance redressal mechanism.
